B2P is a full digital transformation platform for restaurant and fast-food businesses, covering customer experience, branch operations, and centralized administration in one connected ecosystem. The customer app lets users browse sandwiches and offers, build fully customized sandwiches, manage cart items, save favorites, choose map-based delivery addresses, track orders, reorder previous meals, publish personal sandwich creations, and monitor wallet activity, earnings, and cashout requests. The restaurant operations app supports cashier and kitchen teams with role-based login, incoming order queues, status updates, cancellation controls, and kitchen-focused views centered on sandwich layers and ingredients. The admin dashboard gives management control over menu categories, ingredients, extras, items, cities, branches, users, roles, platform-wide order activity, wallet settings, cashout requests, and operational analytics.
