Project Details
Bubbles Laundry is a complete digital ecosystem for laundry and home-service operations. The platform includes four connected applications: a customer app, a laundry partner app, a delivery app, and an admin dashboard. Customers can create laundry orders, manage addresses, choose items and cleaning details, pay through wallet or card, track order progress, respond to laundry review changes, and subscribe to package-based services. The Home Bubbles flow adds a recurring service model where a dedicated box is installed at the customer address and pickups happen on selected days. Laundry partners manage daily orders, review received clothes, request customer approval for changes, assign delivery users, monitor support tickets, and view transactions. Delivery users activate pickup or delivery tasks, open navigation routes, and share live location during active work. The admin dashboard gives the business team control over users, orders, catalog items, offers, discounts, wallets, legal content, contracts, complaints, app versions, service areas, and Home Bubbles operations.
