Project Details
Rakan is an integrated digital platform for real-estate services and company operations. The product brings together a customer-facing Flutter application, a customer website, a React administration dashboard, a NestJS backend API, and a PostgreSQL database. Customers can browse properties and services, filter and search listings, open property details, save favourites, compare listings side by side, submit property advertisements with media uploads, manage profiles, send enquiries, create service requests, review order history, select locations through Google Maps, and use video, web, and sharing integrations where required. The administration side supports users, property listings, media, features, pricing, publishing status, roles, platform activity, HR workflows, finance operations, reporting, and internal company processes. The Flutter app follows a feature-first layered architecture with presentation screens, widgets, Cubits, repositories, request and response models, shared API services, Dio networking, Shared Preferences, dependency injection through get_it, localization resources, and responsive layouts through Responsive Framework and flutter_screenutil.
